UNO - No Mercy Card Online · uno.thestudioarch.com · Last updated 29 September 2026
In short: the game is free and just for fun. Coins are play money with no real value. Play fair and be kind to other players. We run the game as it is, can't promise it will always work, and aren't responsible for what other players say or do.
By playing UNO - No Mercy Card Online ("the game", "the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who can play
- You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should agree to these terms for you.
- You're responsible for everything done from your account or device.
2. Your account
- You can play as a guest, or sign in with Google, Facebook, X or Instagram. We only get your name, picture and account ID from them; see the Privacy policy.
- Pick a nickname that isn't offensive, hateful, sexual, or pretending to be someone else (including us or another player).
- You can delete your account and data at any time: see how to delete your data.
3. Coins are play money
- Coins, rewards, gifts, levels and XP are part of the game only. They have no real-world value, can't be bought, sold, traded for money or anything else, or cashed out.
- They aren't your property. We may change how coins work, adjust or reset balances (for example to fix a bug or undo cheating), or remove them, at any time and without compensation.
- Coins lost because of a disconnection, a server restart or a bug may not be refunded, though we try to return entry fees when a round can't finish.
4. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, use bots, scripts or modified clients, or exploit bugs to win, gain coins or see other players' cards;
- use several accounts, or team up with other players in secret, to farm coins or throw games;
- attack, overload, reverse-engineer or try to break into the site, its servers or other players' accounts;
- harass, threaten, bully or abuse other players, or share hateful, sexual or illegal content, including in voice chat, nicknames and messages.
If you find a bug, please tell us instead of using it.
5. Voice chat and other players
- Voice chat is optional and only uses your microphone when you turn it on. You can mute any player at any time.
- Players are strangers unless you invite your friends. We don't watch or record voice chat and aren't responsible for what other players say or do. Never share passwords, payment details, your address or other personal information with other players.
6. What we can do
To keep the game fair and safe, we may, at our own judgment and without notice: warn you, reset your coins or progress, remove your nickname, remove you from a game, or suspend or delete your account. We may also change, pause or stop the game, or any part of it, at any time.
7. The game is provided "as is"
- The game is free and provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. We don't promise it will always be online, fast, free of bugs, or that games, coins or progress will never be lost.
- Your connection quality (ping) depends on your network and where you are, and may affect the game.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using (or not being able to use) the game, including lost games, coins, progress or data, or anything other players do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.
8. Names and trademarks
This is an independent, unofficial fan-made game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Mattel. UNO and UNO Show 'Em No Mercy are trademarks of Mattel, Inc., and belong to their owner.
9. Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
